Oh Jung-se appears as Kang Kang-su, a space experiment expert who has lived on the station for ten months. Han Ji-eun takes the role of Choi Go-eun, CEO of MZ Electronics, daughter of Choi Jae-ryong, and Gong Ryong’s fiancée.
Supporting characters include Kim Joo-hun as Park Dong-ah, a veteran astronaut on his third station visit and a member of Seoul’s MCC alongside Eve Kim; Lee El as Kang Tae-hee, a world-famous astronaut and the first Korean-American woman to become IOU Space Center Vice President; Lee Cho-hee as Dona Lee, a space doctor for IOU who checks the health of Expedition 3 astronauts (and twin sister of Mina Lee); Lee Hyun-kyun as Han Si-won, a director of flight operations; and Park Ye-young as Ma Eun-soo, MCC’s mouse experimental partner. At ILS, Lee Cho-hee also plays Mina Lee, a plant-focused space scientist and Dona’s twin; Heo Nam-jun is Lee Seung-joon, a scientist in charge of mice; and Alex Hafner plays Santiago Gonzalez Garcia, an IOU astronaut. At MZ Group, Kim Eung-soo is Chairman Choi Jae-ryong; Baek Eun-hye is Na Min-jung, a pediatrician at MZ Hospital; Kim Kyung-duk is Secretary Go; and Im Sung-jae is Jeon Yi-man, a professor of obstetrics and gynecology at MZ Hospital. Around Gong Ryong, Jeon Soo-kyeong plays his mother Ji Hwa-ja, with Choi Jung-won as Jang Mi-hwa and Jung Young-joo as Jung Na-mi. Special appearances include Jo Jung-suk as a newscaster and Park Jin-joo as a reporter.
